During the Journey Plan, we will explore your interests, values and who you truly are at your core through intentional questions, activities and exercises. This plan allows for the time and commitment it takes to make the internal shifts in order to experience fulfillment within.

In one-hour, coaching sessions, will integrate mindfulness/meditation modalities with core 4 step framework.

COACHING INTENT
Coaching is a designed alliance that helps bring out the best in the client and helps the client create and live the life they want to live. The service to be provided is coaching, which is not medical or other type of advice, therapy, nor counseling and may address specific personal projects, business successes, or general conditions in the client’s life or profession.
A Coaching Agreement will be signed, and payment received prior to scheduling the first coaching session.
